Job Description
This compassionate and creative individual will be in charge of planning and facilitating activities. From exercise classes and group games to holiday parties and music therapy, an activities director encourages and curates a fulfilling living space for residents. This supervisory role oversees the work of activities aides.
Education Requirements
Some employers may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Some employers may prefer Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist certification.
