FAQs

No, our Employer Match is not a job board. This resource is meant to connect job seekers with employers, rather than open positions, in hopes of making more meaningful connections. To post your open positions to Minnesota senior care job boards, check out our resources on AgingServicesJobs.org or the Care Providers of Minnesota Job Center.

Register your location here. Need additional support? Reach out to info@mncarecareers.com.

Each location can only be assigned one admin user/admin email address. There are many ways to manage your location to ensure more than one person has access to keep it updated. For example, a shared, accessible email address could be the admin user, such as “Info@organization.com.”

Each location can also add a HR or recruiting-specific email address to their profile for job seekers to use. This is especially helpful if your admin user is not a member of the HR or recruiting team, or if you are a multi-site organization with different HR and recruiting team members across different locations.

If you need help changing the admin user of your location due to losing access, please reach out to info@mncarecareers.com and we can support.

There is no cost for employers! We encourage all long-term care organizations to add each of their locations to our Employer Match for connections to local job seekers.

Reach out to info@mncarecareers.com; our team can search our database and confirm your organization’s current admin user and make changes if needed.

Once you’re registered, you can visit your dashboard to view and edit your locations.

Congratulations! This means a job seeker is interested in connecting with your organization. Make sure to reach back out to them via the contact information they provided to share more about opportunities within your organization and next steps on how to apply.

The Employer Match functions based on location, so we recommend that you add a profile for each physical location within Minnesota. For support in adding or making updates to your locations in bulk, please reach out to info@mncarecareers.com.

When considering how to manage updates for a multi-site organization, there are a number of options. The best choice will depend on how your team is structured. Options include:

1) You could assign one admin user across all sites (note: your admin user does not need to be your location’s Administrator or leader)

2) A shared, accessible email address could be the admin user over all sites, such as “Info@organization.com.”

3) Site-specific HR contacts can be the admin users for their locations.

From a job-seeker perspective, a different HR/recruiting contact can be added to each location to ensure the right person is hearing from perspective job seekers interesting in their location.

This resource is specifically designed for Minnesota. Organizations with locations in multiple states should only add locations that are in Minnesota.

You changes may be under review by our team, depending on which fields were edited. Please allow 24 hours for changes to be live.
