Job Description
A flexible license type that could serve in either an Assisted Living or a Skilled Nursing Facility. This leadership role would direct the activities of a nursing facility or an assisted living including daily operations, managing staff to ensure positive resident outcomes and nurturing a positive work and living environment.
Education Requirements
Most employers prefer a bachelor’s degree and to be a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Health Services Executive.
