Job Description
Occupational therapy assistants, or OTAs, help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed to complete daily tasks, such as dressing and grooming. OTAs are diligent, positive professionals who adhere to detailed therapy plans, encouraging residents to work towards independence and a higher quality of life.
Education Requirements
Most employers require current Occupational Therapist Assistant Licensure through the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.
