Job Description
As a maintenance technician you may specialize in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of these essential systems within a facility. This includes diagnosing and repairing issues, responding to maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment inventory, and installation. Your important work will create an environment where residents feel secure, cared for, and at home amongst the familiar hum of well-maintained systems.
Education Requirements
Some employers may prefer a Boilers Engineer license, high school diploma or equivalent.
