Job Description
A licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) or licensed health services executive (LHSE) is a required leadership position for all nursing facilities. They are responsible for leading, planning and managing operations for all departments of the facility, subject to rules and regulations, to ensure proper health care services to residents. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including operations, administrative work, social engagement, and community development. Education Requirements
Most employers prefer a bachelor’s degree and to be a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Health Services Executive.
