Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility located in south western Minnesota. The home is owned and operated by the Daughters of St. Mary of Providence. Four Sisters live in the attached convent and work in the home along with the 60 full-time employees and 20 part-time staff. The home overlooks beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye and is currently home to 47 residents. The attached independent living apartments, Lake Villa Maria (LVM) has 20 units ranging in size from 2-bedroom to efficiency. LVM is currently home to 19 tenants.
