Overview
Job Description
When working in admissions you’ll welcome and assist new residents as they join a community. Whether you’re a nurse, social worker, or in a nurse-assisting role, you’ll help assess their needs, coordinate their transition, and provide support to residents and families throughout the admission process. Your administrative role is vital in ensuring residents feel warmly welcomed, cared for, and in good hands.
Education Requirements
Most employers require either current RN or LPN licensure through the Minnesota Board of Nursing or a bachelor’s degree in social work or current licensure through the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
