Baywood Home Care was founded in 2000 by Dr. Dorothy Muffet who traded a successful corporate career for one centered on people with a mission to provide care in every setting and to empower individuals to live life on their own terms. We are committed to being good citizens in the communities we serve, and custodians of the trust placed in us by the families we serve. Since Dorothy’s passing in 2022, Henrietta, one of Baywoods original employees, has led the team of nurses, office staff and caregivers who collectively bring our rich history, decades of service and years of experience to serve Minnesota families.
