Job Description

As a Registered Dietitian, you play a crucial role in promoting the well-being of residents through nutrition. Responsibilities include determining individual dietary needs, developing meal plans, and providing education. You will ensure that meal plans align with residents’ medical conditions and cultural backgrounds. Additionally, you will oversee menu planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. With your expertise, you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives and nutritional health.

Education Requirements

Some employers may require a bachelors or masters degree in dietetics, nutrition, or other related field. Many employers require active licensure as a Licensed Dietitian or Licensed Nutritionist by the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice.
