Minnewaska Lutheran Home provides skilled nursing care to residents as ordered by a physician. An interdisciplinary team creates a comprehensive plan of care that is tailored to the needs of the individual. Residents and their legal guardians or chosen representative are highly encouraged to participate in the care planning process.
Traverse Care Center, we believe in compassionate care that fosters well-being, independence and dignity. Our senior care and rehabilitation community is a remodeled, skilled nursing in the heart of Wheaton, Minnesota. Our grounds consist of six acres of manicured gardens, walking paths, and a famous Mallard Duck you may have seen a time or two. Our team is passionate about serving residents’ clinical, rehabilitation, and dietary needs in a way that promotes independence, preserves dignity, and elevates wellness.
