OUR MISSION

Cornerstone Nursing & Rehab Center is a skilled nursing facility offering a wide array of amenities aimed at providing our long term residents with everything they need to thrive. Our short term rehab residents enjoy all the same amenities for a worry free stay while they rest & recuperate. Post-hospital patients can take advantage of their Medicare benefits as they recover from an accident or illness. Inpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are also provided so our short and long term residents can be restored to their maximum potential.

Dietary Team – top notch staffing providing delicious & nutritious meals that fit individual dietary needs.

Housekeeping & Laundry Team – fresh linens & sparkling floors are what these hard workers strive for. Their duties abound & they are always up for the challenge.

Administrative & Admissions Team – our knowledgeable staff is available for residents & their families as a source of information, guidance & reassurance. They can help with anything from financial concerns to emotional wellbeing.
